In addition, high school graduates who have not taken the YKS exam or who have taken the exam but did not reach the score to be placed in a university can apply to the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Faculty of Communication, Faculty of Islamic Sciences and Faculty of Engineering Programs after the evaluation of the International Dublin University Qualification Commission.

A: Yes, you can. You can enrol at IDU while you are attending another university.

A: The documents needed for enrolment include one passport-sized photograph, identity card, student certificate for currently enrolled students, diploma or provisional graduation certificate for graduates, the transcript from previous semesters for students who have received a university education before but have not completed it, and proof documents (residence, professional identity card, disabled health report, etc.) for the campaign and special scholarship opportunities.

A: If the courses you want to take from the upper semester are offered in that semester, you can take the courses without paying additional fees within the regulations, and you can complete your education early if you can prove the professional certificates and certifications related to your registered program on the e-government system.

A: There will be at least 3 assignments and 1 final exam per course each semester. Instructors will share information about their course with their students at the beginning of the semester.

A: Our exams are conducted either as a multiple choice test or a classical depending on the preference of the course instructor. Final exams are held online with and without invigilation.

Q: What is the system of being successful in courses at the university?

A: For students to be considered successful in a course, they must score at least 60 points out of 100 in the semester/year-end exam.

Q: Will there be make-up exams?

A: No, there will not be. As a result of the final exams, students who cannot obtain a passing grade can take that course during the summer school period. In case of failure, they will have to retake the course in the following semester.

Q: Can I freeze registration?

A: Yes. If 1/3 of the tuition fee for the period to be frozen is paid, the registration can be frozen. The periods of registration freeze are not counted from the educational period.

Q: Can I get a course exemption from the courses I took at my previous university?

A: After your student registration is made and the official certificate of successful completion of the relevant courses at your previous university is submitted, you can apply to the university administration with a petition with the transcript and content details of the courses you have taken before. After evaluating the courses to be determined within the framework of the decision of the Academic Board, if deemed appropriate, your course exemption can be provided. If you wish, you can attend the exempted courses online without an exam requirement.
